George Lucas, some lady and George w Bush all looking rather unhappy

I don’t know where they are, what they are all doing together, or even who the lady in the middle is, but I do know that none of them look happy to be there. What unhappy occassion could have brought these two Georges together? Does George W actually think Reagan’s ‘Star Wars’ program involved Lucas in some way? Does anyone know? Please tell me!

    I did some digging and found the story behind these ’2 georges’ in the picture.
    The white house was celebrating the\medal of technology and ILM wa given one. The lady in the shot is Chrissie England, who is president of ILM and has worked with Lucasfilm for over 20 years. Bush probably thought they were going to put him in “one of them Star Trek films,heheh”.
